前々から、上のフラットのオーナーから、音と臭いの苦情が来ておりまして、メニューを変更、もう少し和菓子屋直営のカフェ・喫茶店としてのメニュー見直しをしてみました。

そう、人気のカツカレーがありません😢フライもの全般が、メインから消えます。

しかし、このまま皆さんの大好きなカツがなくなるのも悲しいので、何とか策を考えてみました。

そこで、皆さまの助けを乞いたいと思うのです。

いわゆる、クラウドファンディング…。

Here at an-an HQ, we’ve been struggling with a recent problem impacting some of our key menu items. 

We’d like to share the problem and a potential solution with which we need your help. 

The crux of the issue lies in the fact that the Café is located on the Ground floor of a residential building, and that due to safety reasons we are no longer permitted to deep fry in the kitchen. 

Chicken Katsu, Breaded Prawn, and Croquet (both Pumpkin and Beef & Potato) are impacted by this change. 

While we will investigate offsite frying and reheating in the kitchen as a potential temporary measure, we are cognizant this falls short of the highest quality an-an strives to offer.   

This also means we will only be able to operate at a much-reduced capacity, resulting in significant changes to our usual menu.  We apologize for this inconvenience. 

Our proposal is to crowdfund the purchase of a cabin kitchen unit in the car park area. This is where we need your help. 

We are targeting a minimum of £2500 (about 30% of the cost) to be crowd-funded.  The crowdfunding will be open for a period of 1 month (closing on July 19th, 2021) and will be advertised on social media.  We can then determine if, with your support, we can continue to have Chicken Katsu Curry and Croquet on the menu, and do Okonomiyaki evenings.
